In the basement of DeBartolo Hall, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) is testing new gadgets for an educational setting, and the office held an open house Friday to show students a new, technology-based classroom.

A Phishing scam infiltrated Notre Dame G-mail accounts and sent massive amounts of spam from nd.edu addresses, the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) reported Tuesday in an e-mail to the student body.

Alumni Association appoints new director
