GRC hosts 'Festival on the Quad'

 The Notre Dame Gender Relations Center (GRC) will end its year-long Violence Prevention Initiative (VPI) by hosting its second annual "Now is the Time: Festival on the Quad" event from 5 to 8 p.m. on South Quad tonight.

Since sexual abuse scandals within the Catholic Church were brought to the public eye, it has been more difficult for Fr. Kevin Russeau, director of Old College, to go out in public. "Most places I go I'm dressed in a robe and collar. People know I'm a priest," Russeau said. "You kind of have a sense that people are watching you differently.
