Club Coordination Council distributes funds

The Club Coordination Council's (CCC) main priorities are to distribute funds to clubs and advise clubs on how to run efficiently, the Council's president John Burke said.

"We are responsible for determining what clubs need money, and allocating funds fairly to all the clubs," Burke said.

Burke said that all official undergraduate clubs are equally eligible to request funds, but they must submit budgets and participate in an interview process in order to receive funding during the spring semester.

"We have given out over $4,000 in appeals to clubs ... so far this semester. In addition, the CCC and Council of Representatives have given over $7,000 to clubs appealing for an event who are collaborating with another branch of student government," he said.

This year, the CCC has money left over from the fall semester that they will distribute during the third week of January.
