In an online coronavirus update, Saint Mary’s announced the college's intention to allow students to return and classes to resume on-campus as scheduled for the 2020 fall semester.
The decision was made "after careful deliberation and guided by our leadership team and COVID task force." The update noted complex planning and extra responsibilities will be set in place.
“Maintaining the safety and well-being of our campus community is always our top priority, and as such, we will adjust all plans based on the current status of the health crisis,” the website said.
The College said more detailed plans about the fall semester will be announced in mid-June.
