Student senate calls on University to revise new housing policies
In a resolution passed Monday evening, the student senate urged University administrators to revise the new Residential Life policies. The new policies, set to take effect in fall of 2021, would ban off-campus students from participating in certain residence hall community events and programs.

Founded in 2008, Duncan Hall occupies West Quad near McGlinn, Keough and Ryan Halls. Home to 232 Highlanders, Duncan is one of the newest dorms on campus and is known to some for its large rooms and pleasant accommodations. The hall recently distinguished itself by winning 2019 Men’s Hall of the Year, something many Highlanders amount to its strong sense of community.

Lime bikes to be removed from South Bend, tri-campus community
Lime, the transport company which operates and maintains the green, dock-less Lime Bikes in South Bend and the tri-campus community, will remove all of its bicycles from South Bend as well as Notre Dame, Saint Mary's and Holy Cross by “mid-May,” an email from the University announced Friday. The bicycles have been in South Bend and on the campuses since the summer of 2017.
