Graduating ROTC cadets, officers reflect on the past four years

59 seniors will graduate from Notre Dame’s ROTC program, which recently received recognition from the Department of Defense as the country’s top Army ROTC institution. ROTC officers and members of the graduating class shared their memories from their time in the program.
